Total Price and No Hidden Fees
All prices shown on our website include VAT. The price displayed on the product page is the full product price, and shipping is free on all orders. The total shown at checkout is the exact and final amount that will be charged — there are no additional fees, surcharges, customs duties, or import taxes added during or after checkout.
When You Are Charged
Your payment method is charged at the time your order is placed. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and a summary of your purchase.

Failed or Declined Payments

Vouchers and Discount Codes
Promotional vouchers and discount codes can be used once per order, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion.
Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers, orders may be subject to verification checks. In rare cases, we may contact you to confirm order details before processing. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled and fully refunded.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy: https://byliverpool.com/policies/refund-policy. This includes refunds under your statutory right of withdrawal.
